Please note that subscription is separate for each Exchange section of the market as follows:

  1. NSE (Equity and FNO)
  2. MCX
  3. CDS

Please make sure that you select appropriate Exchange section before making payment for a particular section as shown in the image below:

Free Plan Details:

  1. You can create only 1 Strategy of your own
  2. The condition check frequency is 1 minute for strategy created by you ("Advanced Settings" in strategy builder: Different Features and Uses)
  3. You cannot create a strategy to be put on Marketplace.
  4. You can have only 1 deployment in Live Auto One-Click Mode by connecting your broker. (Strategy Deployment Status - Active, Paused, Exited... etc. (Complete Details))
  5. It is not possible to deploy strategy in Live Auto mode.
  6. You cannot Backtest your strategies under Free Plan.
  7. If marketplace strategy is deployed in Live Auto One-Click mode, you will have to pay the profit sharing for the strategy as per PNL generated ("Marketplace" - From the perspective of Users / Subscribers)
  8. Data for Marketplace Strategies trades taken will be ‘blurred’ in Paper Trading mode.
  9. Only email notifications of trades taken will be allowed, you cannot get alerts on Call, Whatsapp, SMS etc under this plan.
  10. Yes, You can connect your account with the broker of your choice from our partners list (https://tradetron.tech/html-view/partners)
  11. Note that “Paper Trading” of your own strategy is counted as Active Deployment. It is not Free Deployment ("Marketplace" - From the perspective of Users / Subscribers)

Starter Plan Details:

  1. You can create unlimited strategies of your own, which will be saved in your “My Strategies” Page.
  2. You can deploy only 1 strategy created by you own or Marketplace in “Live Auto” mode, at one point in time under this plan. (Strategy Deployment Status - Active, Paused, Exited... etc. (Complete Details))
  3. The condition check frequency is continuous for strategy created by you. ("Advanced Settings" in strategy builder: Different Features and Uses)
  4. If you have deployed a Marketplace strategy, the condition check by default will be continuous.
  5. You cannot create a strategy to be put on Marketplace.
  6. You cannot Backtest your strategies under Starter Plan.
  7. If marketplace strategy is deployed in ‘Live Auto’ or ‘Live Auto One-Click’ mode, you will have to pay the profit sharing for the strategy as per PNL generated ("Marketplace" - From the perspective of Users / Subscribers)
  8. Data for Marketplace Strategies trades taken will be ‘visible’ in Paper Trading mode.

  6. You get 25 complimentary Backtests with this plan per month.
  7. If marketplace strategy is deployed in ‘Live Auto’ or ‘Live Auto One-Click’ mode, you will have to pay the profit sharing for the strategy as per PNL generated ("Marketplace" - From the perspective of Users / Subscribers)

  6. You get 50 complimentary Backtests with this plan per month.
  7. If marketplace strategy is deployed in ‘Live Auto’ or ‘Live Auto One-Click’ mode, you will have to pay the profit sharing for the strategy as per PNL generated ("Marketplace" - From the perspective of Users / Subscribers)

Question: I have requested a refund for Tradetron subscription. In how much time will I get the refund? And how much?

Answer: You should get the refund back to the same source you used to make the payment within 24 Hours. If there is further delay, which is possible due to vendor / bank holiday related issues, please reach out to our customer support and we will assist you.

Also, note that the refund of subscription plan of Tradetron will be made on a pro-rata basis, depending on the balance number of days you have left in your plan. If you use something for less time than you’re scheduled to use it for, it’s fair to expect that you’ll only be charged for the time you used. That’s essentially what we mean by a prorated charge, or prorated amount.
