Support Emails as a thread

Can we please start including previous replies in emails sent by support teams ? So that all the information will be available as one thread ? I have requested this so many times in my emails but doesn’t happen… the request was just ignored… support team might see it as one thread but not us… we have to look for emails and then read one by one to see what was discussed in past…

The support ticket software manages it automatically

Not a single email I received from Support had a previous texts… it’s always a new email with just the reply text… one has to go through sent emails to find previous communications…

May be the support ticket software manages this for the support team… and they are able to see the whole communication as a thread by ticket number… but not us…evertime the system sends new email without any past data…
