1. Entry Taken
2. Repair Once(S 1 R1) active and LegTSL is active and trailing.
3. Before LegTSL is completed in Repair Once(S 1 R1), Exit(S1 Ex) happened.
Now when we enter Entry(S1 E) again, will Repair Once(S 1 R1) be valid.If no Repair Once(S 1 R2) will be valid?
