ORB Related Issue

I need to put 2 condition but i don’t know how to put in

1st i have created my stocks list where 200 stocks out of i need to transact only those 1st 10 stocks who either break high or low of 1st 15 minute ORB transact only above 10 stocks full day.

Guys help me how to do this things

I dont think there is way to restrict entry in just 10 stocks out of list of 200 stocks… find out other ways your can filterout your stocks…price, volume etc…
