Limit order not closing on universal exit

if we place limit order based on a logic. for example buy at 100 rs

while universal exit condition met at same time while limit order also bought. then lmit order is won’t closing.

limit order bought at time 09:45:22
universal exit satisfied at 09:45:25

while the strategy got exited(in trade

Hello, unfortunately nothing can be done from tradetron. You can ensure to keep the universal exit somewhat away from the SLL price so that there is no chance of them triggering together. If it is triggered together then only option is to square off manually.
