If I change to a strategy after deployment, do I need to redeploy

Suppose i have deployed a strategy and it is running for few days,

Now I make some change in the strategy, do I need to redeploy the strategy for the new changes to take effect or will the deployed version have the new changes?

Most probably no need. It should take effect as new changes. But as per my practical experience, some times it does and some times does not work perfetly, execute with error conditions etc etc. I have observed these.
So my suggestion is to Delete and put Deploy once again would be BETTER and 100% secure.
