How to troubleshoot strategy?

I have got a strategy, which should have entered in trade. But it did not. What’s the way for me to know what’s wrong?

I didn’t hear back from [email protected]. Generally support gives good and quick reply, but not in this case.

please refer notification log. If log is empty it means none of the condition is matched and there is some keyword related,

If you see “debug” in logs it means there is something wrong in position builder.

TT is amazing platform. and it can really go to next level if TT provides at least last 3 months data to back test (with chance to check specific values at specific point of time) the deployed strategy. Back testing feature isn’t working. Difficult to identify what’s wrong in the coded strategy. It has worked multiple times in last 3 months.
