How to have time based exit?

I want my algo to stop by 310 PM, In universal exit, I have used time >1510. but seems not working. Am I missing something here? Please help

There are 3 things at play namely -

  • Time based exit condition in Universal Exit

  • Reactivate after Universal exit

  • Last condition check time
