Help Needed to code strategy based ob various indicator

I want to code strategy on option strike price ATM for following entry set:-
Entry Conditions

  1. Price above Vwap
  2. Price above Keltner Channel upper band
  3. MACD is in Buying. MACD line should be above Signal Line
    4.ADX greater than 25
  4. Chart Time 3min

I have coded but no signals are generated. Thanks
