Delay in trade trigger

Hi,

I have an algo which should trigger the trade at 11:15 but it actually triggered it at 11:24 which caused me loss as well. Is there anybody from Tradetron who can clarify on this ?
I can understand few seconds or even a minute of slippage but 9 minute of delay is too much.
Could anybody please let me know how to report this on tradetron.

I reported many such instances earlier to tradetron support but they dont care.

I never faced such issue. May be you looking at spot price while code using future price or vice versa

I see so many issues and very limited features available here in TT I would wait for my subscription to end. Thank you !
