Storing premium 4 points away

Hello Folks,

I came up with a confusion for which I need your help.

In the intial variable I want to store premium value of a strike 4 points away from ATM. which I can use later that how much change has happened in that premium ( that I know I can get from LTP traded instrument name, I need help for storing this in intial variable)

  1. I don’t understand 4 points away, are you talking about 4 strikes away?
  2. Is initial variable you have mentioned is same as Initialise variable?
